OWN TECHNOLOGY
Pretreatment Unit – pre-treatment of paper sludge
Status: Ready to build at large scale
Paper sludge contains fibres that are hard to digest. We have developed an enzymatic pre-treatment and the plant technology for it: it makes the organic content accessible for anaerobic digestion, so that paper sludge can yield biogas.
The technology is designed as an on-site solution at a paper mill. Process and plant technology are our own development.
Agricultural products
From the digestate of our biogas plant we make products for agriculture and horticulture. Each product is specified only after sample testing.

Decarbonisation products
Products that replace fossil fuels and raw materials. The processes behind them are beyond the pilot stage. Supply volumes and start dates depend on the project – whether a product is available in the quantity you need is something we clarify with you. Where a product is tied to a specific plant, we state that plant’s status.
Biogenic fuels from residues
For industrial furnaces and power plants that want to replace fossil fuels.

Biocarbon from biomass residues
As a coal substitute in industrial processes, for example instead of lignite dust, as a carbon carrier for industrial applications, and as biochar for soils and growing media.
